We welcome your questions and will respond to every inquiry in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve issues fairly and with dignity. At all times, consumers should be treated with dignity. We believe consumers want to resolve their obligations. When possible, we attempt to structure payments sensibly and fairly, without harassment or abuse.
Strict adherence to privacy and security. To ensure confidentiality, Allied Interstate collects only the information it needs to administer accounts properly, provide consumer support and satisfy legal requirements. We do not share any information collected with any one other than clients (or as required by law).
Zero-defect compliance with consumer debt collection regulations. Allied Interstate abides by all federal, state and local laws. To ensure our compliance with those laws, every employee must also comply with Allied Interstate’s Rules of Conduct which represents a minimum standard to which we expect every employee to adhere.
